(1) Vendor needs to provide 24X7 call center services to perform trip coordination operations for clients.
- Provide a method for staff to track calls received by clients.
- Call center will provide timely, pleasant, and reliable customer service to callers.
- Provide trip scheduling services for four contracted providers
- Call center will take calls and schedule trips for clients
- Reporting process for sharing data related to trips scheduled.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2023
(3) An average per day call volume will be approximately 25-40 calls with an average call length 05-15 minutes per call.
