[*] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide SIP telephone service.
- Session initiation protocol (SIP) telephone service.
- 30 minimum concurrent call lines for inbound/outbound calls.
- The ability to quickly scale inbound/outbound concurrent call lines to meet unusual high demand or emergency situations.
- 340 direct inward dialing (DID) phone numbers to be ported from the county’s current providers to the proposed SIP service.
- 17 unique 911 locations for associating the 340 DID numbers to the correct physical 911 address.
- Specify monthly call minute limits and associated charges, if any, and specify how monthly call minutes are calculated (per SIP trunk, per user, etc.).
- Specify long distance call charges, if any.
- Provide information on the proposed solution’s disaster recovery, high-availability or fail-over capabilities and features.
- Online administration portal so that county IT can manage users, forward calls to backup phone numbers (such as cell phones), and manage available service features.
- All County calls route through the proposed SIP service over Internet circuits.
- SIP trunk or concurrent call line charges
- Inbound and outbound call minute charges.
- E911 location charges.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 17, 2023.
