Vendor needs to provide time confirmation, audit readiness and work management after-hours reception desk support services to the government authority located in Schofield Barracks, HI.
- Seeking commercial sources to provide Work Management After-Hours Reception Desk Support, Real Property Support Services, Audit Readiness and Time Confirmation support services
- The Contractor shall provide Work Reception Desk Operations Monday through Friday 1600 – 0730 and 24 hours on Saturday and Sundays and federal holidays
- The contractor shall staff the Reception Desk phone lines to receive daily calls. The historical estimation of urgent and routine calls average is 60-120 call per day with the exception of a National Disaster or Power Outage in a 24-hour period. Contractor shall answer each call within 10 seconds of the initial ring.
