[*] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 X 365 days high volume call answering service to be enabled during extreme weather conditions or emergency situations for handling a high volume of electric emergency and outage calls.
- Handling and processing inbound electric emergency and outage call within targeted budget requirements
- Ability for customers to report emergencies/outages in both English and Spanish
- Ability to receive call traffic routed from currently used outage number
- Ability to coordinate with local phone carriers and work within their established thresholds to ensure continuity of phone service
- Voice calls include support for Dual-Tone-Multi-Frequency, also known as touch-tone telephone keypad recognition and text-to-speech services.
