[*] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Avaya aura communication manager platform, contact center and proactive outreach manager upgrades services.
- Avaya business partners to submit proposals for upgrading the college’s Avaya aura communication manager platform to the latest Avaya version 10 release available at the start of the project.
- Avaya Aura Contact Center 7.1.2, Avaya Experience Portal 8.1.2 and Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager 4.0 will need to be upgraded to the latest available release compatible with Avaya R10.X core at the start of the project.
- A new voice campaign will need to be created, configured and be independent of the existing campaign
- Provide services by Avaya certified staff for, but not limited to, the installed systems base, it’s connectivity to remote locations, it’s connectivity to the Local Exchange Carrier, network IP services, fiber network, and all applicable application hardware and software including AACC 7.1.2, gateway hardware & cards, application servers, voice messaging servers, and all other related communication systems components.
- Service impacting non-emergency upgrades, patches or other work, will be completed during the afterhours maintenance window from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Emergency repairs, requiring system outages outside of the maintenance window, will require the approval of the Manager of Telecommunications.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2023.
(3) A zoom pre-proposal conference will be held on October 25, 2023.
