(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound or outbound call center and online donation services.
- Ability to capture inbound donations by phone or KUER through a toll-free or local line
- Calls to the vendors operators taking on-air membership pledges
- ability to exchange data through the Allegiance API, allowing donor, campaign and premium data to be exchanged to phone operator’s system and donation date to be securely returned
- All methods must have the ability for real time reports available on customer service data
- ability to provide a PCI and NACHA compliant recordings of all calls
- Ability to add Text-to-Give service on toll-free or local line
- Provide online interface to be used by KUER in-studio based phone volunteers and staff taking on-air membership pledges
- Providing the capability for multiple online donation pages
- ability for real time reports available on this data
- ability to provide PCI and NACHA compliant recordings of all calls.
