[*] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide virtual call center service.
- Ability for call center managers to manage the system, including:
• Activate and close the call center at any time of day or night without IT involvement.
• Manage and change call messages (greetings, hold, bilingual support, etc.)
• Round-robin capability.
• Create and manage call center workflows.
- Ability to take the call and access the system anywhere via phone or computer (virtual or onsite).
- Robust reporting:
• Dashboard view during an activation.
• Access to the call data for custom reports.
- Multiple call queues (English and Spanish).
• Ease of use for setup, configuration and activation.
• High availability and redundancy during peak call flow.
- Easily provisioned licenses for a varying number of call takers.
- Ability to schedule call-taker shifts.
- Single Sign On (SSO).
- Call hold, transfer and conferencing features.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 11, 2023.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
