[*] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 X 365 days call center answering service to consist of fielding calls for both the Large and Small Animal clinics and directing to the appropriate entity.
- operates an internal call center between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- call volume will be reduced during this period, and Supplier will handle overflow calls.
- Between the hours of 5 p.m. and 2 a.m., staffing is reduced, and call volume will increase. From 2 a.m. to 7 a.m., there are no Customer Service Representatives on site
- Supplier will be responsible for answering / routing all calls
- provide detailed instructions / guidance on how to properly direct client calls.
(2) Approximately call volume will be 1700 per week and 6700 calls per month.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2023.
