[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide call center tax credit outreach services.
- To create a Call Center for underserved/unserved citizens, provide earned income tax credit and child tax credit resources, and local service location information.
- Call centers will operate statewide and will provide information to callers on tax credit opportunities and eligibility, as well as referrals to free tax filing services on a weekly basis, Monday- Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m., MST.
- Provide tax credit information to the statewide Information and Resource Contact Center
- Provide and maintain current tax credit information and information about free tax preparation services on their website
- Maintain processes for the IRCC to support referral to free tax preparation services
- Collect data related to tax credit inquiries including volume of contacts, wait times, referral sources, caller characteristics, and other measures.
- Collect data on website usage, including page views and click through analytics
- Complete a monthly data progress report, final data report and narrative summary
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
