- To resolve customer-reported issues via phone, email, and walk-ins promptly.
- Respondents are encouraged to discuss numbers 1-5 and provide any feedback, comments, and questions regarding the draft PWS document. Specifically, the government is seeking feedback about small businesses' capability.

- Service Desk Physical Configuration
- Service Desk Culture and Workforce Management
- Answering the multi-line phone
- Answering emails and maintenance slip requests.
- Operate network printers and scanners.
- Assign responsible parties, customers, respective building managers, shop supervisors
- Produce delinquent maintenance and work order reports
- Answering multi-line phone within four (4) rings
- Reading and answering service desk emails as customers generate.
