[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide employee toll-free hotline and website service to create and staff a toll-free hotline and website for employees to report alleged violations of ethics, law, policy or safety with an option to not divulge their name, title or contact information.
- Provide service 24/7, 365 days a year, via both a toll-free number and website.
- Provide a mechanism for employees to report any alleged violations of policies, laws, ethics and safety through a toll-free number and website.
- Unlimited customizable categories or subcategories for alleged incident reporting.
- Ability to generate an immediate email notification to designated city administrators when a report is initially submitted by an employee and all future communications associated with that specific incident from the employee thereafter.
- Toll-free number for employees to report such incidents and contractor’s staff shall be able to read back each answer to a select number of questions.
- Ability to customize easy-to-use instructions for employees to report incidents.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 16, 2023.
(3) A contract period will be for three years.
