[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 X 365 days pager and live telephone answering services from 5PM to 8AM Monday-Friday and all day on weekends or when clinics are closed (holidays or unexpected situations).
- paging needs require paging devices that have basic alphanumeric and numeric function with local and extended area coverage options.
- Message receipt and transcription to electronic format required
- Call forward to appropriate number.
- Call distribution to on-call pagers
- Call records and on-call scheduling management
- Send messages (both alphanumeric and numeric) to pagers and/or call providers
- Quick response to paging or calling provider.
- Work quickly to resolve issues
- Send call log of messages daily to clinics (fax or email).
- Availability to communicate with non-English speaking callers.
- Provide quick response to providing new pagers, replacement parts, and fixing pagers.
- Provide opportunities for new emerging communication technologies to enhance provider notifications for on-call services and after-hours services
- Accuracy of information provided to those on call.
(2) Approximately call volume will be 45500 - 47000 calls a year (3,750-3,920 monthly).
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 16, 2023.
