[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide crisis hotline service for expanding existing crisis hotline services to serve those who are at risk of perpetrating gender-based violence (GBV).
• Be no-cost to callers, confidential, and available 24/7 to receive calls, texts, e-mail, or online chat from individuals who are risk of perpetrating violence, who present with personal, emotional, and relationship concerns that may relate to, or increase risk for, domestic violence or harm to self or others.
• Provide immediate support and risk management utilizing a Brief Intervention Counselling approach to support caller to develop an intervention plan and address immediate risk;
• Respond to callers in their language of choice or offer translation services;
• Use a trauma-informed approach;
• Have knowledge about the root causes of violence;
• When appropriate, refer caller on to longer-term counselling services or other relevant services;
• Create awareness of the expansion of existing crisis hotline services to serve those who are at risk of perpetrating GBV through a comprehensive and innovative marketing strategy;
• Track and report on a number of metrics, including both outputs and outcomes; and
• Be in compliance of agreement between Successful Supplier and IJS.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 12, 2023
(3) The contract period will be for two years.
(4) Optional individual proponent meeting will be held on May 8, 2023
