(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 ethics hotline services.
- 24/7 hotline will establish an improved system to report fraud, waste, abuse, misconduct, or mismanagement involving City employees, appointed officials, contractors, subcontractors, or other parties doing business with/or receiving City funds
- hotline will enable employees to report any issue or instance of misconduct easily and confidentially
- system should have built in analysis tools with baseline and advanced reporting.
- system must have access to preformatted reports and the system must have the ability to create custom ad-hoc reports using data points within the reporting system
- Identify and customize issue types
- Non-branded greeting and notice statement with a pre-configured menu of hotline services.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 24, 2023.
