[*] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide call center support service for the low-income public housing and the housing choice voucher program.
- The services will include call center support when opening the waiting list and the HCVP tenant-based waiting list on separate occasions and for a short window after the waiting lists close.
- The successful responder will support by taking phone calls during the opening and closing of each waiting list. The selected vendor will support potential applicants with answering frequently asked questions, addressing reasonable accommodation requests, assisting with any questions related to the pre-application process and forwarding to any requests the vendor cannot address.
- Provide call center support during the opening of each waiting list, and a short window after closing each waiting list.
- Offer the ability to forward applicant notifications electronically via email, phone and text.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 10, 2023.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 11, 2023.
(4) A contract period will be for one year.
