[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide after-hours call out for facilities maintenance service.
- The requested after- hours call-out services are 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and 24 hours a day on weekends and holidays.
- The successful bidder shall respond to all call-outs from the mapp’s communication system in the shortest time possible consistent with the nature of the problem and other facility priorities.
- Response time for all other problems or malfunctions shall be one hour.
- Project manager for all call-out responses. The report shall include the date of the call-out, the requestor’s name and facility, date and time call was received, date and time bidder arrived at the facility, nature of the call- out and the resulting action taken. The report shall be in written or electronic form and shall be submitted to the project manager or his designee within 24 hours of the call-out.
- Bidder shall provide an hourly rate for one person to respond to the after- hours call-out from the mapp’s communication system. This hourly fee shall only be paid when an actual response to an after-hours call-out has been made.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 12, 2023.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
