(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone answering service.
- Service will be available after hours, weekends, and holidays and on an as-needed basis during regularly scheduled work hours
- The contractor will provide delivery of messages to the individual offices in the following manner:  messages will first be sent to the email address for the designated office. if no one has responded to the message within 10 minutes, the message will be relayed to the on-call deputy via telephone
- If the on-call deputy is not able to be reached, contractor will wait five minutes and call again, if the on-call deputy is still unable to be reached the contractor will continue to call the other deputies listed on the roster until one picks up.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
