[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary contracted emergency dispatch personnel for call taking, dispatch, and QA/QI services.
- Assist county 9-1-1 and make recommendations to update or implement policies related to 911 call-taking or dispatch.
- Perform call-taker and dispatch duties to supplement county 9-1-1 staffing and fulfil scheduled staffing where we cannot fill with full time and/or part-time staffing due to a staffing crisis.
- Must have direct, proven experience with providing this type of staffing within 9-1-1 Emergency Services.
- Provide dispatch services to 175 police, fire, and EMS agencies, including support for State, Federal and County agencies.
- Schedule is 8-hour shifts, 7:30-15:30, 15:30-23:30 and 23:30-07:30
- Work with County 9-1-1 Leadership to provide fully trained and certified dispatch and call-taker staff to supplement current 911 Staffing while County continues to recruit and hire additional staff.
(2) Average, 430,000 emergency and nonemergency calls per year.
