[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide telehealth buprenorphine initiation services as a bridge to ongoing treatment.
1. Experience providing OUD treatment with buprenorphine, especially via telehealth, including
understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
2. Meeting an unmet community need with considerations such as expansive hours of operation outside of standard clinic hours.
3. Prioritization of low barrier, equitable treatment access, including plans to assist patients with limited resources to initiate medications and connect to ongoing care.
4. Ability to provide ongoing care management to individuals served initially to help ensure medication access and transition of ongoing care. - Telehealth services should primarily offer audio-only visits but may also offer video visits to those who can access the technology.
(2) A pre proposal conference will be held on March 13, 2023.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than March 24, 2023.
