[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone answering services.
- Establish an ongoing contract for telephone answering services.
- Services include coverage in the evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional normal daytime work hours.
- Call takers will be required to receive incoming calls and electronically relay those messages and dispatch emergency calls to designated staff.
- Vendor shall be in the business of providing call taking services.
- Vendor shall have sufficient staffing and supervision to handle the volume of services of this contract.
- Vendor shall have a Spanish speaking call taker available.

- Weekdays: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 PM – 7:59 AM
- Weekends: Friday, 5:00 PM – Monday 7:59 AM
- Holidays: 24-hour coverage starting at 7:59 AM
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 10, 2023.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
(4) Estimated monthly minutes: 1500
