[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 X 365 days secondary safety answer point, emergency call-centre and dispatch services.
- Answering calls transferred from the Yukon Primary Safety Answering Point (PSAP) using a call script and then dispatching the appropriate operational resources as required
- Answering calls from the Turn in Poachers and Polluters (TIPP) line using a call script and then dispatching the appropriate operational resources
-Answering calls from the Yukon Spill Reporting Centre (Spill) line using a call script and then dispatching the appropriate operational resources
- Monitoring the employee Safety Line system
- Maintain hardware and VHF linkages and redundancies for all fire departments and Scene Safety Response Units in unincorporated communities
- Install, maintain, and service a responder tracking system for all fire departments, displaying incident type, location, and responding personnel.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 3, 2023.
(3) Vendor have to registered on Issuing Authority website in order to download unwatermarked RFP.
