[*] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide hotline answering service.
- The district’s park, trail, and streetscape maintenance hotline is answered by staff or answering
service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, including holidays.
- The contractor shall provide answering service for the district during afterhours, weekends, and holidays, and shall occasionally provide services during weekday hours as needed. 1. Urgent calls
- Water main break
- Playground safety hazard
- Broken tree limb, downed tree obstruction
2. Non-urgent calls
- Trash and garbage
- Graffiti removal
- Staff calling late and sick
- Answering Service to provide a live person when answering phone calls. No automated
phone trees are permitted.
- Callers shall not be placed on hold for more than one minute.
- Per the Matrix, calls shall be made to sports staff as required.
- A three-month on-call manager schedule will be provided to answering service quarterly. District reserves the right to update schedule as needed.
- The District reserves the right to add, delete, or update contact phone numbers and email addresses as needed.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 8, 2023
(3) The contract will be one year.
