- Decentralized call center currently covers calls for five practices and is budgeted for five fulltime employees (FTEs) with one supervisor
- All call centers representatives are bilingual due to the predominance of Spanish speaking patients
- A minimum of 10 FTEs to provide call center augmentation services
- A dedicated supervisor to oversee the work
- A 30-day project plan that includes training and service readiness
- Provide best practice leadership structure to oversee a remote call center
- Provide best practice oversight structure to ensure representatives are productive
- >95% accuracy
- Average length of call less than 5 minutes
