[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide call center support services for its Licensing Division.
- receive calls for the WDFW Licensing Division twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, and support outbound call projects under separate work orders
- staff receives calls from 8:30am to 4:45pm for scheduled state workdays, unless provides 24-hour notification to the Contractor to cover staff meetings or needs assistance during seasonal high call volume
- Contractor will also provide three (3) dedicated Agents Monday through Friday, 11:00am to 3:00pm beginning the last full week of March through the first full week of June each year of the contract
- Contractor will also assist Customers and or License Dealers, at a tier one level, with inquiries regarding technical support and or troubleshooting any issues for accessing and using Mobile Applications including, but not limited to, the WILD Mobile App and the Fish WA App
- provide initial training to the Contractor’s trainer(s) by way of interactive web conferencing or on-site sessions for up to fifteen (15), eight (8) hour days
- allowed access to listen into live calls at any time to ensure Agents are accurately trained and conducting effective phone transactions
- Contractor must be available all state observed holidays and weekends.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on January 31, 2023.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 26, 2023.
