[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide call center services.
- Ability to perform live operator services. Minimum call center hours are 8:00 am CT - 8:00 pm CT.
• Answer customer service phones and electronic correspondence
• Respond to questions about all business services division filings
• Develop a knowledge base of the business services division
• Expanding the available service center call hours beyond normal business services division operating hours
- The highest call volumes are Mondays and in the months of January, May, and August.
(2) Approximate call volume are 4000 calls per month at 2.5 minutes a call.
- Minimum required total call capacity of 50,000 calls per year.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2023.
(4) Contract term will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
