[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound telephone answering services daily and year-round and be readily available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer after hours calls and daytime calls during events and emergencies.
- Telephone answering services for after hours and emergencies, as follows:
 - Monday to Friday: 12:00:00 pm to 01:00:00 pm Alberta time;
 - Monday to Friday: 04:30:00 pm to 08:30:00 pm Alberta time;
 - Monday to Friday immediate availability is also required during daytime business hours (08:30:00 am to 04:30:00 pm) for events and unexpected emergencies; and
 - 24 hours for each Saturday, Sunday, statutory holiday, and county holiday (including any day in lieu of a holiday day as declared by the county).
- The supplier shall record incoming calls and collect and handle any related personal information recorded from telephone conversations with non-county sources in accordance with all directions of the county.
(2) Approximate annual call volume will be 5,000 calls (10,000 minutes) for utilities department and 1,000 calls (2,000 minutes) for transportation engineering and operations department.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 26, 2023.
(4) Contract term will be three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
