- Provide 24/7 call center services for receiving hailcalls and forwarding associated data
- Provide the fish harvester (caller) a unique “hail identification number’’ and must enter all applicable information from each call
- Service will be made available 24/7 in both official languages and must entail fielding phone calls, following pre-approved script, providing the caller a unique identification number and then entering that number and other applicable information
- Receive phone calls from fish harvesters (24/7 in both official languages) and receive applicable information.
- Provide the harvester (caller) with a unique hail identification number
- Gather all applicable information (data) from phone call and relay the data
(2) Approximately call volume will be average (10 Month) number of calls for 2022 was 2,476
