- The STATE provides customized reports for some call centres and standard reports for the others.
- There are approximately:
a. 600 configured call centre agents
a. 375 agents with multiple skills per agent
b. 50 call centres with 1-10 agents
c. 20 call centres with 11-20 agents
d. 2 call centres with 20+ agents

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
