- The Helpline individuals will normally operate the Helpline Monday through Friday (except for Federal holidays).    
- one full-time individual or two part-time individuals will work a maximum total of 40 hours per week
- It is estimated that an average of 8 to 10 (telephone or email) inquiries are received per day.  
- establish and operate a toll-free telephone service for business and industry that would answer questions about drug abuse in the workplace
- Workplace Helpline also answers a significant number of calls by individuals inquiring about workplace drug testing, forensic sciences, and substance abuse prevention and treatment issues regarding prescription drugs, illicit drugs, and alcohol use.
(2) This bid is set aside for Total Small Business.
