(1) Vendor needs to provide inbound and outbound call center services.
- The call center supplier must be able to answer all incoming calls for the offices of financial aid and bursar.
- Callers may be current or prospective students, parents, faculty, staff, and other members of the community.
- The call center supplier will handle inbound and outbound calls.
- The call center supplier will need to answer questions to callers relating to financial aid, student information in banner screens for financial aid and bursar, student verification, student accounts, and more.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2022
(3) The contract will be one year.
