- To provide a tier IT help desk to support our customers on all aspects of the division of information technology’s service catalog through a combination of telephone, email and chat technologies, as well as to be the centralized call center for administrative units including Human resources and facilities.
(2) Approximately call volume of:
- 3,500 calls per month: Historical call volumes average IT help desk.
- 1,250 calls per month: Facilities call.
- 4,800 calls per month: Human resources.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
