[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide telephone answering service for six agencies within human services (children and youth, early intervention, intellectual disabilities, area agency on aging, crisis response, and blended case management).
- Five (5) of the agencies require coverage weekdays between 4:00 PM and 8:30 AM the next day, 24-hour coverage on weekends
- Crisis Response requires coverage 24 hours a day seven (7) days per week.
- Five agencies average 1,080 calls per month, the sixth agency (Children & Youth) averages 600 calls per month.
- On line operators must be available 24 hours/7 days per week with maximum hold time by operator to be 2 minutes.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 7, 2022.
