[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 9-1-1 emergency dispatch services.
- 9-1-1 emergency call answering performance,
- Dispatchable call processing performance,
- General managerial and operational performance,
- Receives and transmits radio communications to law enforcement agencies and police patrol cars for appropriate action,
- Receives fire calls, transmits fire alarms, and dispatches needed personnel and fire equipment,
- Receives ambulance calls and dispatches needed Emergency Medical Technicians and equipment,
- Receives and answers telephone, radio and video display inquiries of the national crime information center for law enforcement agencies of the state
- Receives and records telephone complaints from the general public for police assistance
- Ability to cooperate with supervisory personnel to assure that calls are sent accurately and promptly
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of police information received.
- Ability to make entries in and maintain the records of the National Crime Information Center
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 2, 2022.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.
