(1) Vendor needs to provide call center services.
- Call center hours: Monday through Friday 8am-6pm eastern standard time
- Inbound call center services
- Custom phone tree with option-based routing
- Trained customer service representatives with knowledge of city operations
- Weekly, Monthly, annual reports of call center activities
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2022.
(3) The contract period will be for five years.
(4) Approximate call volume will be 1100 calls per month with an average call time of 4 minutes.
