[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide backup public safety answering point and fire dispatch service to the City’s Primary PSAP and dispatches the City's fire-related calls.
- IamResponding on cellular phones for call outs
- Active 9-1-1 supplement mapping on cellular phones
- to answer, process, and dispatch requests for fire and medical first response from landlines, mobile devices, and other technologies (NG9-1-1) and determine the nature and location of the call, dispatch appropriate units and alert through the automated station alerting
- Primary PSAP in all situations that limit the primary PSAPs ability to provide service including, but not limited to Fire drill, a planned outage, call overflows and unplanned emergencies such as building evacuations and weather events.
- contractor would answer 9-1-1 telephone calls from landlines, mobile devices and other technology and determine the nature and location of the call to redirect the call with the associated information to the appropriate emergency response organization for ambulance calls.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 29, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
