(1) Vendor needs to provide Work Order Intake and Dispatch Services for 24-hour work order intake and maintenance dispatching services to normal business hours are Monday to Friday for 8am to 5pm and are closed in observance of all Federal holidays, averages approximately 1,100 calls on a monthly basis.
- Services are required 365 days per year (Including Holidays) 24 hours a day

(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 9, 2022.
(3) A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on December 6, 2022.
