- available during normal business hours, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. PST, Monday through Friday, except County Holidays.
- significant increase of domestic violence calls
- 200,000 annual calls
- call center at DCFS were reports of child abuse, neglect and/or exploitation are received 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- staff with providing additional linkage or resources for domestic violence services to callers or clients in need.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
