[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile crisis team services will serve individuals across the lifespan throughout county, providing a minimum of sixteen hours of services in county, with the intent of moving toward twenty-four hours a day, seven days per week model of crisis response.
- Provide or link to a 24/7 countywide toll-free hotline that provides general information, screening, referral, and consultation to members of the community who call the 24 hours a day, 7 days a week telephone line.
- Provide adults and adolescents crisis services to include assessment, intervention, and stabilization over the telephone, in person and face-to-face.
- Assist clients with increasing and maintaining their community tenure; and their ability to recognize and deal with situations that may otherwise result in crises. provide awareness to increase or improve their network of community and natural supports, as well as their use of these supports for crisis prevention.
- Provide a referral to or arrange for any additional mental health or substance abuse services which may be needed. provide follow up services with other community programs for ongoing services.
- Collaborate and communicate with all law enforcement, 911 dispatch, courts, Office of the Public Defender, behavioral health staff, hospitals, and other community agencies.
- Provide training and coordination with law enforcement, first responders and 911 dispatches.
- Provide community awareness of Mobile Crisis service.
- Provide experienced, qualified, and trained staff that will meet the regulations and accreditation standards for provision of care.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 16, 2022.
