[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide after hour telephone answering and message delivery service during Monday through Friday from 4:30 pm to 7:30 am the next day and Saturday and Sunday 24 hours each day, and holidays 24 hours each day.
- Contractor must provide telephone answering service and message delivery on weekdays (Monday through Friday) during normal business hours (7:30am to 4:30pm) for any specified number of hours within the timespan on an as needed basis in response to office closure for special events and inclement weather.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 430 after hour calls per month.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 14, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
