[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide customer experience management program and call center management system which manages customers from the time an appointment is made, to check in at office, receiving service and end of experience and a call center management system that supports customers through a variety of communication channels such as, email, live chat, social media to name a few.
- The customer experience management platform may be hosted or cloud based. The system should be easy to use for both customers and service agents. It should be accessible through a variety of devices, cell phone, tablets, iPad and or computer.
- The call center management system should be easy to use for both customers and call center agents. It should have a mechanism in place to track all calls and create a transcription of the conversation and resolution or elevation.
- Providing a customer experience management platform which manages customers from the time an appointment is made, to check in at office, receiving service and end of experience.
- Providing a call center management system that supports customers through a variety of communication channels such as, email, live chat, social media to name a few.
- System may be hosted or cloud based.
- Easy to use for both customers and service agents.
- The customer experience platform should be accessible through a variety of devices such as cell phones, tablets, iPad and or computer.
- The call center management system should have a mechanism in place to track all calls and create a transcription of the conversation and resolution or elevation.
- Both systems should be fully integrated on website and able to integrate into back-end system.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 17, 2022.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
