(1) Vendor needs to provide call center services.
1. Provide phone, live chat, and inquiry form support that provides prospective students, currently enrolled students, parents, and other callers with an engaging, positive, and supportive experience,
2. Address basic admissions, enrollment, financial aid, student billing and general prospective and current student questions,
3. Guide students to online resources to answer questions,
4. Identify students who need urgent / special assistance and escalate to an internal, established College team for follow up,
5. Address basic questions that may be asked by callers not connected to the College.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 15, 2022.
