- Survey administration
- The average length of time it takes to complete a questionnaire is between 25 to 42 minutes.
- Telephone interviews will be offered and conducted in English or Spanish.
- The number of telephone calls to each mother will vary from one (1) call to as many as fifteen (15) or more calls per phone number (maximum 10 phone numbers per mother).
- Approximately 130-150 mothers will be referred to the vendor each month.
