[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 X 365 long distance toll free telecommunications services on an as needed, if needed basis.
- Collect telephone calls; and
- Directory assistance telephone calls.
- The contractor shall understand and agree that directory assistance telephone calls shall be a per call event and shall not be reoccurring per minute, on-going assistance
- The contractor’s operator services shall provide a p.01 grade of services 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year (24x7x365).
- The contractor must provide an audible tone to prompt a caller to enter a calling card number or remain on the line for operator assistance.
- The contractor must provide answer supervision and disconnect signal for all services.
- The contractor shall understand and agree that the rates charged for telephone calls under the contract must not exceed rates for similar telephone calls from non-traffic aggregator telephones.
- The contractor shall provide an electronic interface to allow the state agency to add and remove telephone numbers from the contractor’s long-distance database.
- To basic toll-free telephone services described herein, the contractor shall provide IVR-embedded toll-free telephone service. the contractor’s same per transaction price shall be charged for both DTMF and speech recognition in the IVR application
(2) Approximate work volume will be 4,863,432 minutes for long distance telephone calls
(per minute), 584 calls for long distance telephone service for directory assisted telephone calls
(3) Approximate work volume will be 17,087,771 minutes for basic toll-free telephone service for intra-state telephone, 584 calls for long distance telephone service for directory assisted Telephone Calls
