[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide incoming 1098-T processing and call center services for call center and online live-chat customer service provider capable of high-quality, high-volume interactions with students and their families to be marketed to constituents as representatives
- Appropriately address topics, issues, and concerns to conclusion while anticipating next step questions and confirming that the things that need attention are reminded since you have them in contact.
- Recognizing the threshold between the 80/20 metrics to isolate a clear understanding of the line that determines when to respond and when to escalate to agency for more directed responses.
- Handle the individual call volumes in their entirety, controlling to reduce wait times for those who call, while accelerating the calls to completion to reduce costs and accelerate support outcomes.
- Ability to provide timely, regular data reports that helps reaffirm the success of the students who are receiving support and not just the metrics that determine how much interactions are encountered by the contractor’s team.
(2) Approximate historical work volume for student accounts was 20000 calls and for Financial Aid was 38000 calls.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2022.
