(1) Vendor needs to provide call center solutions and services.
- compliant Telephony and Network solution consists of an installed at the local address where the agents reside on campus in order to receive inbound and make outbound calls
- remote agents are called on hardened cellphone via the Avaya system
- firewall is implemented to segment the gateway from the rest of the campus network to ensure its integrity, as an extra layer of protection
- Allow our agents to process credit card data over the phone
- Allow the contact center agents to receive/make calls on campus and remote from home
- VoIP system for our sales staff to receive and place phone calls that meet PCI-DSS Standards regarding voice communications to facilitate the providing of credit card numbers by customers
- Agents can make and receive calls from anywhere in the US and customer can place calls from anywhere
- Support for at least 30 agents/telephones per instance
