[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide community crisis response to 911 Behavioral health calls services.
- Provide service every day of the year, from 8:00am to 12:00am (midnight). - Provide service sufficient to respond to 150% of the mean daily call volume
- Start-up plan for first staffing a single 8-hour service period and add the second service period not more than ninety days after Service Start.
- Staff, train, deploy, and supervise a team to provide in-the-field response to certain types of emergency and non-emergency calls dispatched to the team.
- Provide response to calls were
a) a mental health issue, emotional disturbance, or a social service need is indicated,
b) no imminent threat to human life or safety is indicated, except when the call indicates possible suicidality
c) no weapon is indicated.
- Respond, as available, to calls at all levels of service, from psychiatric emergencies to Behavioral and social needs, as dispatched.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on October 6, 2022.
(3) The contract period will be for three years.
