[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide 24 X 7 X 365 days telephone answering services to call in emergency service requests for their units before or after office hours, or for emergencies during office hours.
- live telephone answering 24/7 service based in the United States for up to two thousand (2000) minutes a month
- provide live operator call-relaying.
- provide Spanish language access.
- provide live chat support services
- provide the capability for call routing and transferring services
- provide customized telephone answering scripts screening for emergency service requests, prior to transferring calls.
- maintain a call list per property and confirm initial contact weekly as the property rotates on-call personnel.
- Non-Emergency work order requests shall be handled by the THA / AHPS office staff Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM.
- contractor shall have a dedicated means of reporting technical issues, i.e., toll-free number, portal, service desk, email, etc.
- IT support resources shall be available 24/7.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
