[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide HIV and AIDS hotline services to deliver information to the public on available treatment services and referral services regarding Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS), Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs), and hepatitis.  
- Provider will develop and maintain a website and free mobile app.
- Ensure that at least 90 percent of calls are answered by live Counselors.
 - Hotline: A statewide resource for HIV, AIDS, and STD-related information, community referrals, and short-term supportive counseling. The Hotline is owned by the Department and operated by Provider.
- Ensure Counsellors provide Hotline Services via phone, text, Chat Session, and email throughout the contract term as follows:
a) Provide Hotline Services for all 67 counties in the state of Florida during Hotline Operating Hours.
- Create a call log and document the following in the call log: the number of calls received, the number of calls answered by a Counselor, the percentage of calls answered, and the date of each answered call.
- Create a text messaging log and document the following in the log: the date of each text and the date of each response. Maintain the text messaging log throughout the contract term and provide it to the Department upon request.
- Ensure the website is operational 24 hours a day, seven days a week with no more than one percent unplanned downtime per month.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 13, 2022.
