[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to obtain a hotline that has the capacity to intake complaints through web and text submission that will be accessible to the public to file complaints about the city police department in real time and in English, Spanish and Vietnamese.
- To assist in taking complaints of officer misconduct through a 24-hour hotline that is available in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese and over text messages.
- This call center would work off a script provided by the agency in order to take complaints via phone, web submission, and text 24 hours a day in the three languages predominately used in city.
- Ability to conduct intake in English, Spanish and Vietnamese and to translate from Spanish or Vietnamese into English
- Call Center - available 24 hours a day with no outages
- Hotline - unique phone number available 24 hours a day with no outages
- Ability to receive intake through web and text submissions
- Ability to ensure confidentiality and security through providing individualized identification codes or pins to complainants and secure transmissions to the agency.
(2) A pre-submittal conference will be held on August 24, 2022.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 29, 2022.
(4) The contract period will be for one year.
