[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide work management answering services to answer HELP line calls after normal working hours and on weekends.
- The answering service will promptly communicate the nature of the caller's problem to the appropriate personnel using work management’s after‐hours and university emergency response book.
- Anticipated call volume may increase during university holidays.
- Calls can also be transferred for short durations at any time outside of scheduled hours.
- Weekdays: Monday through Thursday: 8 p.m. till 6:00 a.m. 52 weeks @ 40 hours per week.
- Weekends: Friday 8 p.m. till Monday 6 a.m. 52 weekends @ 58 hours per weekend.
- University holidays: 8 Monday holidays @ 24 hours per day.
- Thanksgiving additional hours: Wednesday thru Friday 6 a.m.- 8 p.m. each day 3 days @ 14 hours per day.
- Christmas Break additional hours: Christmas additional hours 6 a.m.- 8 p.m. each day 8 days @ 14 hours per day.
- Company must maintain an office within 200 miles of university.
(2) Approximate call volume will be 250 calls per month.
(3) A pre‐bid conference and site inspection will be held on August 18, 2022.
(4) All questions must be submitted no later than August 23, 2022.
